General Information
This document defines the Privacy Policy rules in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as “Online Store”). The administrator of the Online Store is Kosciuschko Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Capitalized terms have the meaning assigned to them in the regulations of this Online Store.
Personal data collected by the Administrator of the Online Store is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
The Administrator of the Online Store takes particular care to protect the privacy and information provided by the customers of the Online Store. The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical, programming, and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular safeguarding data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, destruction, unauthorized modification, and processing contrary to applicable law.
The services available on the website (including the possibility of placing an order in the Store) are not intended for persons under 16 years of age. The Administrator does not intend to deliberately collect data about persons under 16 years of age.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The Data Controller processes your personal data for the following purposes and scope:
- To take actions prior to entering into a contract at your request (e.g., creating an account), i.e., data provided in the registration form in the Online Store, such as email address and password, gender; if account registration occurs via an external authentication service (e.g., Google+, Facebook), we collect your first and last name. If you register when purchasing goods, we collect your name and shipping information; for services requiring account creation (order history, order status notifications), we process the data provided in the account and during purchases;
- To provide services not requiring account creation or purchase, i.e., browsing the Online Store website, product search; we process data regarding your activity in the store, including viewed products, device session data, operating system, browser, location, unique ID, and IP address;
- To execute a sales contract (e.g., delivery of purchased goods), we process data provided during purchase, such as name, email address, shipping information, payment data, and, if purchased via an account, the established password;
- To generate usage statistics, improve the Online Store, and ensure IT security, we process data about your activity, time spent on pages, search history, location, IP address, device ID, browser, and OS;
- For claims, complaints, and inquiries, we process data provided in contact forms, complaints, account data, order information, and attached documents;
- For marketing and remarketing purposes, we process data from your account, activities, orders, cookie history, search history, clicks, login/registration dates, and communications with you. External providers may assist in showing targeted ads outside the Online Store;
- For contests and loyalty programs (e.g., points, notifications, offers), we use your account and registration data; details are provided in contest or program rules;
- For market and opinion research by us or our partners, e.g., order information, account or purchase data, email addresses. These data are not used for advertising; instructions are given in each survey.

Voluntary Provision of Personal Data
Providing the required personal data is voluntary and a condition for the provision of services by the Data Controller via the Online Store.

Data related to paid orders, contests, and loyalty programs will be kept for 5 years from delivery.
Data for non-logged-in customers are kept according to cookie lifecycle or until deleted by the user.

The Data Controller will respond without undue delay, within one month (extendable by 2 months if necessary).
