Contest Rules
“HEDCOMET INSPIRED”

I. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the contest is Kosciuschko Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Kredytowa 8/2, 40-562 Katowice, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. The contest is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland via [Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / YouTube / other channel].
3. The contest is not in any way sponsored, supported, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, or associated with them.

II. Contest Duration

1. The contest starts on 02.11.2025 and ends on 30.12.2026.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to end the contest early only in case of circumstances beyond its control, such as administrative decisions, technical failures preventing the contest, or force majeure events.

III. Participants

1. Only adult persons residing in Poland are eligible to participate.
2. Minors may participate with the consent of their legal guardians.
3. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

IV. Contest Rules

1. To participate, the contestant must meet the condition described in the contest post – follow the Organizer’s profile @hedcomet on social media, create a video featuring the Organizer’s products, publish it on their social media channels, and tag it with #hedcomet (Following the Organizer’s profile is required solely for verification and communication within the contest).
2. Each participant may submit any number of contest entries.
3. By participating, the contestant declares that:
   • they hold full copyright to the submitted material,
   • all persons appearing in the video have consented to its public sharing,
   • they grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, free license to use the material for promotional purposes related to the contest and the HEDCOMET brand.

V. Prizes

1. Prizes are awarded cyclically, every month.
2. Prizes include:
   • 1st place – Adidas sweatshirt,
   • 2nd and 3rd place – HEDCOMET cosmetic sets.
3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4. If the prize value exceeds 2000 PLN, the Organizer will collect and remit the applicable income tax according to the law.
5. Winners will be notified via private message.
6. Selected entries may be published on the Organizer’s website and social media channels.
7. The Organizer may offer selected creators paid promotional collaboration.

VI. Winner Selection

1. Winners will be selected by a Contest Committee appointed by the Organizer, based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the contest theme.
2. Results will be announced within 7 business days after the end of each contest month in a post on [Facebook/Instagram].

VII. Personal Data

1. The Organizer is the administrator of participants’ personal data.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest, announcing results, and delivering prizes.
3. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Data will be stored for the duration necessary to conduct the contest and distribute prizes.
5. Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

VIII. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the contest may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s office within 14 days of the announcement of results.
2. Complaints will be processed by the Organizer within 14 days of receipt.
3. Participants whose complaints are not upheld may seek claims before the competent common court.

IX. Final Provisions

1. The contest rules are available throughout the contest period on the website.
2. Matters not regulated by these rules are governed by the Civil Code and other applicable laws.
3. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these rules.
